Amenities: A full hot country breakfast and afternoon tea is included. All rooms have individual heating and air conditioning, in-room direct-dial telephones, high-speed broadband wireless Internet access and cable TV.
Maximum Occupancy of all rooms is two individuals; children 10 years old and over are welcome.
Length of Stay: Weekends, holidays and special events may require minimum stays and/or special rates. One night weekend stay may incur additional charge.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a one night deposit.  No refunds are made after arrival. No internet special that were not available at the time of reservation will be applied.

Cancellation: To receive a refund, you must give us 14 days notice of your cancellation. If we do not have 14 days notice you will be charged for the entire reservation (unless we are able to re-rent the room for the duration). For special events, such as weddings and holidays and the month of October, there is a 30 day cancellation period. If we do not have 30 days notice you will be charged for the entire reservations (unless we are able to re-rent the room for the duration).There is a cancellation fee of $20 for all cancellations.

Office Hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm.
Check in is from 3:00pm until 8:00pm. Late arrival by prior arrangement only.
Check out is at 11:00am.
Handicapped: The age of the Inn limits accessibility to ambulatory guests only.
Smoking: The Inn is a non-smoking facility except for porches, patios and balconies.
