| Length of Stay: Weekends, holidays and special events may require minimum stays and/or special rates. One night weekend stay may incur additional charge. |

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a one night deposit. No refunds are made after arrival. No internet special that were not available at the time of reservation will be applied.
Cancellation: To receive a refund, you must give us 14 days notice of your cancellation. If we do not have 14 days notice you will be charged for the entire reservation (unless we are able to re-rent the room for the duration). For special events, such as weddings and holidays and the month of October, there is a 30 day cancellation period. If we do not have 30 days notice you will be charged for the entire reservations (unless we are able to re-rent the room for the duration).There is a cancellation fee of $20 for all cancellations.
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Travelers Checks or Cash. We Do Not accept American Express.
